Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Instant Vitality LLC d/b/a I IV Hydration & Wellness

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

We understand that plans change. Because appointment time, clinical staff, supplies, and mobile travel may be reserved specifically for each client, the following cancellation policy applies.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a cancellation fee when at least 2 hours’ notice is provided.

• In-Lounge Appointments: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price.

• Mobile Appointments: Mobile appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service price.

2. No-Call / No-Show Appointments

No-call/no-show appointments are subject to the same applicable cancellation fee:

• In-Lounge: 25% of the scheduled service price

• Mobile: 30% of the scheduled service price

For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for being available at the scheduled location and time.

3. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that emergencies, severe weather, and unexpected circumstances occur. I IV Hydration & Wellness may waive a cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Authorization

A valid payment card may be required to reserve an appointment.

By booking an appointment and accepting the cancellation policy during checkout, you authorize Instant Vitality LLC d/b/a I IV Hydration & Wellness to charge the payment method provided for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with the policy presented at booking.

5. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through the online booking system or by calling or texting:

The time I IV Hydration & Wellness receives the cancellation or rescheduling request determines whether a fee applies.

Social media messages should not be relied upon for time-sensitive cancellations.

6. Cancellations by I IV Hydration & Wellness

If I IV Hydration & Wellness must cancel an appointment, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at the client’s choice.

7. Acknowledgment

By completing an appointment booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the cancellation policy presented during booking and authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show charges.
