The lounge is the in-person side of the practice. While mobile IV brings care to your address, the Bentonville lounge gives clients a place to sit down, get comfortable, and receive nurse-administered IV therapy, wellness injections, or bloodwork by appointment.
Clients use the lounge for different reasons. Some book IV therapy after travel, heat, or busy weeks. Some come in for wellness injections. Others use the lounge for routine wellness support, bloodwork, or memberships.
Walk-ins are welcome when our schedule allows. For peak hours, especially evenings and Saturday mornings, booking ahead is the best way to avoid waiting. Same-day appointments may be available during the week.

The lounge offers the full menu of IV therapies, wellness injections, and bloodwork panels — administered by Registered Nurses, using pharmacy-grade compounds. Same clinical standard as our mobile service, with the added benefit of the space itself.
IV Therapy
The full menu — Luxury Myers, Athlete Recovery, Brain Balance, Stress Less, Glutathione, Immune Support, and the signature lineup. 30-60 minute sessions in your chair of choice.
Wellness Injections
Quick nurse-administered wellness shots, including B12 shots, vitamin injections, NAD injections, and premium combination shots. Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows.
Memberships
Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers — monthly IV and injection allowances, member pricing on add-ons, and priority booking. Designed for sustained-routine clients.
Bloodwork Panels
Basic wellness panels, hormone panels (men's and women's), and targeted bloodwork for deeper visibility into your biomarkers. Drawn in-lounge by a Registered Nurse.
Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome when our schedule allows — particularly for injections and Base Hydration. For peak hours, calling ahead is the best way to avoid waiting.
Add-Ons & Custom Protocols
Vitamin and amino acid add-ons may be available with select IV appointments. Our RNs can review available options based on your intake and appointment goals.
Calm By Design.
The lounge was designed to feel calm, warm, and comfortable without feeling overly clinical. Clients can settle into the space for IV therapy, wellness injections, bloodwork, or a slower appointment experience.
Massage Chairs
Full-body massage chairs with adjustable settings. Clients can use them during eligible IV sessions while they rest through the appointment.
Refreshments
Filtered water, herbal tea, and light refreshments available throughout your session. Hydration before, during, and after — not just from the IV.
Calm Environment
A calm, low-distraction room with warm lighting and a slower pace. Bring a book, use headphones, close your eyes, or simply take the appointment time to rest.
Wi-Fi & Workspace
For clients who choose to work during their appointment, Wi-Fi and table space are available when needed.
Private Rooms
Private treatment rooms available for clients who prefer more discretion — particularly for bloodwork, sustained-protocol weeks, or back-to-back family bookings.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work. Same-day appointments may be available, and walk-ins are welcome for injections and Base Hydration when our schedule allows. For peak hours, especially evenings and Saturday mornings, calling ahead at (479) 995-2552 is the best way to avoid waiting.
How long is a typical lounge appointment?
Wellness injections are usually quick appointments. IV therapy sessions typically run 30 to 60 minutes depending on the protocol. We block enough time so the visit does not feel rushed.
What are your Sunday hours?
Yes. The lounge is open Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. Mobile IV service may also be available on Sundays with advance scheduling. Call (479) 995-2552 for availability.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Friends, partners, or family members are welcome to wait in the lounge during your session. We can also accommodate paired bookings or small group appointments when the schedule allows.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Just yourself. Photo ID, a list of current medications if you take any, and a book or headphones if you prefer to occupy your hour. Water and light refreshments are available during your visit. We recommend eating something light before your appointment if you're an IV first-timer.
How do I find Suite 5?
1101 South Walton Boulevard is a multi-tenant building on the east side of South Walton, between SE 14th Street and J Street. Our entrance is on the front of the building, clearly signed as I IV Hydration & Wellness Suite 5. Free parking directly in front. If you have trouble finding Suite 5, call and we can help you find the entrance.
