Blood Panels.
Which panel should I start with?
Most people start with the Baseline Blood Panel at $149. It is foundational wellness testing and establishes where your markers sit today, which is what makes every panel after it comparable. The hormone panels and the GLP-1 Panel are more specific — book those when the question you have is specific.
What is included in each panel?
Your nurse confirms exactly what your panel covers at your appointment, before anything is drawn, and every panel is itemized on the results report you receive. If you want to know what a specific panel includes before you book, call us at (479) 995-2552 and we will walk you through it.
Do I need a referral, or does a consultation cost extra?
No referral is required — every panel is booked directly online and drawn by appointment. A consultation with our providers is included with every panel as part of the price, and there is no membership needed to book.
Where are blood panels drawn?
In our Bentonville lounge, by a Registered Nurse, by appointment. Blood panels are lounge-only — they are not part of our mobile IV service.
When will I get my results?
Results are delivered once the lab has reported your panel. Your nurse will tell you what to expect for your specific panel at your appointment. Results come to you in a readable format, are reviewed in a consultation with our providers, and are yours to keep.
Can you interpret my results or tell me what to do about them?
Yes. Every panel includes a results consultation with our providers, who walk you through what your markers show and what options are available through I IV. Your results are also yours to keep and to share with any outside provider you work with.
Do you prescribe hormone replacement therapy or TRT?
Yes. Hormone therapy is available through I IV, prescribed by our providers when clinically appropriate. The Male Hormone Panel and Female Hormone Panel are typically the starting point — your results consultation with our providers is where that conversation happens.
Do you prescribe GLP-1 medications?
Yes — GLP-1 prescriptions are available through I IV from our providers. Call us at (479) 995-2552 or ask at your appointment for details. The GLP-1 Panel itself is bloodwork, and it supports your protocol whether your prescription is managed through I IV or by an outside provider.
Can I combine a hormone panel with the GLP-1 Panel?
Yes. The Male Hormone Panel & GLP-1 ($349) and the Female Hormone Panel & GLP-1 ($399) combine both panels in a single draw at a bundled price — one appointment, one results report covering both, reviewed in a consultation with our providers. Both are booked directly online like every other panel.
How often should I repeat a panel?
That depends on what you are tracking and what our providers advise at your results consultation. The general principle is that a panel repeated later against the same baseline tells you a direction, and a single panel only tells you a position. Many clients re-draw on a seasonal or annual rhythm.
