Wellness Consultations
in Bentonville.

At I IV, a consultation is a conversation with our clinical team about your goals, your history and, after bloodwork, your results. It comes with every blood panel, it starts every peptide plan, and a nurse intake comes before every IV.

How Consultations Work

Where A Consultation
Happens Here.

Consultations at I IV come with the services below rather than as a separate appointment type. Here's what each one covers.

01

The Results Consultation

Every blood panel includes a consultation with our providers to go over your results. It's in the panel price, from $119 to $399, with no referral and no membership needed.

02

The Peptide Consultation

Peptide therapy here starts with a conversation about your goals, symptoms, medications and history. A provider decides whether any treatment is appropriate, and a consultation does not guarantee one will be recommended.

03

The Nurse Intake

Before any IV or injection, a licensed Registered Nurse reviews your medical history, medications, allergies and vitals. New clients receive a longer first-visit consultation.

04

Your Results Are Yours

Results come to you in a readable report, itemized, and they are yours to keep and share with any outside provider you work with.

The Results Consultation

What A Results
Review Covers.

Bloodwork does not make the decision for you, and it is not a diagnosis. It is information, and the consultation is where our providers walk you through what your markers show and what options are available through I IV.

The panels run from $119 to $399 with the consultation included. The two hormone panels have their own page: hormone panel testing.

Our panels are wellness testing, not a diagnostic evaluation. Hormone panels are testing only; we do not prescribe hormone therapy or TRT.

Common Questions

What To Know About
Wellness Consultations.

What does a wellness appointment mean?

It depends on where you book it. At I IV, a wellness consultation is a conversation with our clinical team: a results review with our providers after a blood panel, a peptide consultation, or the nurse intake before an IV. Our panels are wellness testing, not a diagnosis.

Does a consultation cost extra with a blood panel?

No. A consultation with our providers is included with every panel as part of the price, and no referral or membership is needed to book.

What are examples of wellness services?

At I IV Hydration & Wellness they include nurse-administered IV therapy, vitamin and NAD+ injections, blood panels and peptide therapy, in our Bentonville lounge and, for IV therapy, at your home, office or hotel.

What should I bring to a consultation?

A current list of your medications and supplements, any recent bloodwork or relevant medical records, and a clear sense of what you're hoping to improve. If you don't have recent labs, your provider will let you know whether baseline testing makes sense.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

No. Our hormone panels are testing only, and we do not prescribe hormone therapy or TRT. Your results are yours to keep and to share with any outside provider you work with.
