How do memberships work?
Each tier includes a set of monthly credits that can be redeemed for IV infusions, wellness shots, and select add-ons. Credits roll over from month to month, and members receive priority scheduling, member pricing on add-ons, and continuity of care over time. We discuss the right tier with you in person or by phone.
Can memberships be used for mobile IV?
Yes. Every tier qualifies for both in-lounge and mobile visits. Your credits work the same way whether a nurse meets you in our Bentonville lounge or at your home, office, or hotel.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits roll over month to month so a busy travel schedule or seasonal illness doesn't cost you the value of your plan.
Is there a contract?

Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start at Silver and move to Gold or Platinum as their rhythm with IV therapy develops. Upgrades are simple and can be discussed at any visit.
