Memberships.
How do memberships work?
Each tier loads a monthly IV Bank — with bonus value built in — that you spend on any eligible IV, shot, or add-on. Unused balance rolls over for up to six months. Once your bank is used for the month, members receive a discount on additional shots and drips. Restore, Replenish, and Thrive differ in bank size and perks; we'll help you choose the right fit.
Can memberships be used for mobile IV?
Yes. Every tier qualifies for both in-lounge and mobile visits. Your IV Bank works the same way whether a nurse meets you in our Bentonville lounge or at your home, office, or hotel.
Does the IV Bank roll over?
Yes. Unused IV Bank balance rolls over for up to six months from the month it was earned, then expires — so a busy travel schedule or seasonal illness doesn't cost you the value of your plan.
Is there a contract?
New memberships include a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Unused IV Bank balance isn't refunded, and membership is billed monthly to the card on file on your join date.
Can memberships be shared?
The Thrive tier includes a Friend Pass — one 25%-off guest visit each month. Restore and Replenish are individual memberships.
How do I choose the right membership?
We help you decide. A brief look at your travel rhythm, recovery patterns, and wellness goals usually makes the right tier obvious. Enroll online when you're ready, or call and we'll walk you through it.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Many clients start at Restore and move to Replenish or Thrive as their rhythm with IV therapy develops. Upgrades are simple and can be discussed at any visit.
Are memberships available for businesses or teams?
Yes. We offer corporate and team-based concierge wellness arrangements for offices, athletic teams, and event groups in Benton County. Contact us to discuss a custom structure.
