At I IV Hydration & Wellness in Bentonville, a single 50mg NAD+ shot is $45, and packages of four shots run from $89 to $169 depending on the dose.
The four-shot packages are $89 at 25mg per injection, $119 at 50mg, $139 at 75mg and $169 at 100mg. Each shot is its own visit of about 10 minutes, scheduled individually after purchase and administered by a licensed Registered Nurse in our lounge.
Prices elsewhere vary mostly with the dose, so check the milligrams when you compare. An NAD+ shot is also a different purchase from an NAD+ IV infusion, which uses 250mg or more, takes hours and starts at $285.
