What is NAD in IV therapy?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and normal cellular function. In IV therapy it is given as a slow infusion.

Because it goes directly into the bloodstream, the dose does not pass through the gut. It also has to be infused slowly. At a faster drip rate some people feel warmth, chest tightness or pressure in the head, which ease when the nurse slows the drip. That is why an NAD+ session runs hours rather than minutes.

At I IV Hydration & Wellness, NAD+ IV is offered at 250mg, 500mg and 750mg, with sessions of about 2, 4 and 6 hours, in the Bentonville lounge or by mobile visit. Clients commonly book it for energy, focus and recovery support, and individual experiences vary. First-time clients usually start at 250mg. Doses, pricing and what to expect are on the NAD+ IV therapy page.
